NOTE: Preparedness Requirement

Should outside emergency services such as fire or police be required, anyone onsite is authorized to call 911 to ensure emergency services are dispatched as quickly as possible.

You must memorize the address of the museum to ensure you are prepared for calls for help.

STEP 2. CREATE YOUR TIMESHEET

Interns: Create your timesheet page in Timesheets. You must keep track of the hours you work to ensure that you receive credit.

Once in Timesheets, open the Timesheet Template.
Click "File" > “Make a copy”. Name your timesheet (your name)
- Ensure that your timesheet is created in the shared folder, Timesheets:

Note that timesheets are in four month increments. After four months, you will navigate to the bottom and switch sheets to the current period, as seen below.

**TIP** When entering time, input the time in the 24-hour format, which will automatically convert to AM-PM. This is incredibly useful on the mobile app for Google Sheets.
